It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Washington SyCip, founder of the Asian Institute of Management, SyCip Gorres and Velayo and Company, and former trustee of Eisenhower Fellowships. During Sycip’s tenure as trustee, the Eisenhower Fellowship
