“I know how difficult it is for students to migrate and leave their families, having to face new challenges, places, and culture. It is wonderful to see the scholars with a look full of hope and satisfaction when they realize that their efforts are leading them to reach their goals and make their dreams come true, and that they can return to work for the development of their city. Likewise, it is gratifying to contribute to the strengthening of social justice, where everyone has opportunities to achieve their goals based on effort, dedication, leadership, creativity, talent and ethical transparency.”
