With plans to begin her master’s degree in management this fall, María Trinidad Romero has spent the past few years at GeCo, a Chilean-based sustainability accelerator, which designs and implements sustainability strategies. A demonstrated leader, winning awards at GeCo for three years running, Romero wants to encourage women to develop leadership skills through mentorship, allowing them to leave ‘the sticky floor’ at the beginning of their careers.
“Being part of the Eisenhower Youth Leadership Network will help me to develop projects and create new personal relationships with women and men from different countries, with whom I can share experiences and knowledge.”
